Job Overview
NielsenIQ SA&I team is seeking a highly skilled Global Pre-Sales Enablement Expert to play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of sales teams and their focus on securing business wins. This role will primarily support sales development teams in Western Europe and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Success) to identify and manage the ideal mix of tools and processes to accelerate opportunity closures faster.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with SA&I sales representatives to provide day-to-day assistance;
• Develop and update proposals for clients (create content based on provided information, build project timelines, and calculate costs using available tools);
• Proofread English-Spanish translations and assist with local events and webinars;
• Verify feasibility and bidding with internal teams for costs and timings of global market research projects;
• Prepare presentations for client meetings and create value-added materials (customise standard decks, gather information from various sources, format, etc.);
• Support sales representatives in updating decks with NIQ branding and ensuring content is client-ready;
• Assist sales representatives in maintaining and managing their CRM records;
• Analyze market data, identify patterns, and draw conclusions;
• Develop commercial support content (success stories, trainings) in cooperation with other experts.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
• 1-2 years of experience working in a complex and multicultural organisation;
• Native Spanish and fluent in English;
• Ability to effectively communicate in a cross-country environment;
• Demonstrate high attention to detail;
• Excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work;
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and take initiative;
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
• Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills;
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Dynamics, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is good to have;
• Comfortable and efficient in working with Microsoft Office applications.
Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
