Sales Enablement Knowledge Strategist

As a Sales Enablement Knowledge Strategist at LHH (Global), you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing knowledge and content across the entire sales enablement portfolio. Your primary objective will be to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality, curated resources across multiple platforms, empowering the OneLHH sales community with the insights, tools, and strategies needed to engage effectively with prospects and clients, driving impactful interactions and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Content Curation & Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of knowledge assets, including documents, articles, and best practices, partnering with internal cross-functional teams to identify and include appropriate and relevant content in the knowledge management systems.
- Maintain sales materials & content: Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts and stakeholders to curate, update, and continuously assess content relevancy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
- Develop reporting capabilities: Within knowledge management tools and platforms, promote best practices by creating actionable insights and recommending materials for enhancement or retirement, based on end-user feedback and analysis of knowledge management practices and metrics.
- Foster effective knowledge sharing across multiple channels, including the intranet and collaborative tools, regularly communicating new resource releases and supporting the creation of monthly and quarterly updates.
- Manage the restructure and enhancements of any internal knowledge management system (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic, SharePoint, Bynder, Outreach, etc.), acting as a brand ambassador by ensuring all content aligns with brand standards across the sales tech stack, upholding brand governance.
- Establish and implement streamlined processes for capturing, storing, and sharing knowledge effectively, ensuring teams follow a structured cadence, consistently produce high-quality content, and engage in regular collaboration.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in organizational skills, and is adept at managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. As a proactive self-starter, you will be responsible for assessing needs swiftly, troubleshooting effectively, and driving results-oriented initiatives.
An estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure may vary based on individual circumstances and market conditions.
