We are Sinch, a world leader in mobile engagement, seeking a Sales Commission Strategist to join our team.

The Sales Commission Strategist will be responsible for designing and optimizing sales commission frameworks, ensuring accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and optimizing sales commission frameworks to align with business goals
  • Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Ensuring accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales commission frameworks, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales commission, FP&A, or Revenue Operations
  • Strong experience with sales compensation principles and financial analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
