About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Commission Manager to join our Global Sales Incentives and Compensation team at Sinch. As a Sales Commission Manager, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing sales commissioning end-to-end processes from quota setting to commission pay-out.

You will work closely with regional RevOps and FP&A teams to harmonize, optimize, and create frameworks around sales commissions. Your goal will be to ensure accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions and report on performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong project management and analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales commission frameworks, as well as solid knowledge of sales incentives and compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize sales commissioning end-to-end processes
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions
  • Report on performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Commission, FP&A, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Strong experience with sales compensation principles and financial analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
