About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales Commission Manager to join our dynamic Global Sales Incentives and Compensation team. As a key partner, you'll be responsible for designing, optimizing, and coordinating E2E sales commission processes from quota setting to commission pay-out.

Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining a robust sales commission calculation framework. This involves close collaboration with various regional and global teams, including Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders across Sinch Group.

You will report directly to the Director of Sales Incentives and Compensation, who is based in EMEA. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and optimizing E2E sales commission processes
  • Partnering with regional RevOps and FP&A teams to harmonize and optimize frameworks and processes
  • Certifying accurate and timely sales commissions while reporting on performance
  • IDentifying gaps in data, mechanics, metrics, calculation principles, driving improvements, and ensuring process efficiency
  • Continuously evaluating and improving Sales commissioning processes and systems
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related areas
  • 7+ years of experience in running or being part of a Sales Commission team, FP&A, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Strong experience with sales compensation and commission principles, financial and business analysis
  • High attention to detail, structured approach to analyzing complex issues, and proposing creative solutions
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and qualifications.
