Commercial Strategy Manager

At Engineeringuk, we're shaping the future of travel by making it smoother and more memorable. As a Commercial Strategy Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our commercial teams.
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Private Label Solutions' global Sales Excellence Team. This role requires a strategic approach to drive commercial growth, aligning our sales organizational structure with our business strategy to achieve balanced growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the evolution of our sales operating model by aligning our sales blueprint and framework with the needs of the organization and prioritizing our partners.
- Partnering with HR to define role clarity for sales and ensuring the proficiency framework drives sales excellence.
- Driving the evolution and adoption of the concepts defined in the sales blueprint and framework.
- Defining and reviewing partner tier segmentation, driving adoption across the organization.
You'll also be responsible for crafting sales incentive plans that drive excellence and support our strategic priorities, working closely with HR, Finance, and Sales leadership.
Additionally, you'll support key strategic projects, manage complex cross-functional workstreams, and develop robust strategic and execution plans for new projects and processes.
As a Commercial Strategy Manager, you'll work closely with the Finance & Analytics teams to ensure business decisions and processes are underpinned with data insights, conducting research and analysis to advise impactful business strategies and recommendations.
Finally, you'll establish and use metrics to measure efficiency and identify areas for improvement, supporting the Head of Sales Excellence on key projects through program management, strategy, and/or business ownership.
