Job Title: Sales Operations Manager - Commercial Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our Commercial Strategy team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for owning the sales process component of the Sales Blueprint, ensuring it reflects the needs of the organization and puts our partners at the center of our decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze the sales cycle and process to identify areas for improvement and implement changes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Streamline the sales process by proposing new processes, prioritizing automation, and sharing best practices.
  • Analyze data and use key metrics to measure effectiveness and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Drive adoption and compliance of the Sales Blueprint concepts.
  • Implement a regular cycle of updating the Sales Blueprint based on business changes, insights, and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales operations and process improvement in a B2B organization and/or travel industry.
  • Robust understanding of sales processes and how to enable and add value to the sales cycle.
  • Ability to think like a salesperson and understand the B2B sales process and opportunities and challenges surrounding it.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex operations and data and effectively communicate this to leaders across all levels of our organization.
