Sales Operations Manager - Commercial Strategy

Are you a process-driven professional with a passion for improving the status quo? Expedia Partner Solutions' global sales operations team is seeking a Sales Operations Manager who will drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales teams through close collaboration with various functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the sales process component of the Sales Blueprint by reviewing and streamlining the sales process, prioritizing automation, and sharing best practices.
  • Flag problem areas and recommend next steps to improve sales team efficiency.
  • Analyze data and use key metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive adoption and compliance of the Sales Blueprint concepts.
  • Implement a regular cycle of updating the Sales Blueprint to ensure it remains relevant in our fast-growing business.
  • Maintain and support the process for terminating unmanaged accounts.
  • Support sales compliance initiatives and review documentation for sales process exceptions.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales operations and process improvement in a B2B organization and/or travel industry.
  • Ability to think like a salesperson and understand the B2B sales process.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex operations and data, and effectively communicate this to leaders across all levels of our organization.
  • Knowledge of project planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
  • Drive to develop high-standard goals, ideas, and initiatives, and derive satisfaction from executing them.
  • Ability to influence and build consensus among internal teams.
  • Highly collaborative spirit and ability to work across many functions and build rapport quickly.
