Sales Operations Manager

Qlik, a leader in data analytics, is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support the Sales organization in achieving their targets. As a key member of the Sales Operations team, you will collaborate with departments such as Finance and Legal to ensure timely deal bookings.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with AVPs and RDs to execute sales operations strategies and lead planning.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to execute the global GTM strategy.
  • Communicate and drive execution of global initiatives and tactical actions.
  • Engage with country sales teams to ensure sales applications are used consistently and accurately.
  • Capture, document, refine, and improve key business processes.
  • Drive relevant enablement, training, and support of functionalities and enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of overall experience, with 5 years in operations.
  • Highly competent IT and system skills, including Excel and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Sales Organizations, Quota models, and Compensation plans.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • University degree, with an MBA from a top European school preferred.
