Overview

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at iRobot. In this pivotal role, the Sales Operations Specialist will be tasked with managing and facilitating communication among various internal departments, including Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT, as well as our valued clients, who are leading retailers in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations related to customer fulfillment and sales order processing. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules. Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain departments, effectively coordinating customer requests and expectations. Collaborate with third-party logistics coordinators to manage outbound orders and logistics requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Maintain control and reporting for internal audits related to Sales Operations.

Required Experience

A minimum of two to three years of experience, preferably with a background in working with Spanish/Iberian retailers in the FMCG sector. Familiarity with EDI systems for integrating messages such as orders, invoices, and credit notes into our ERP. Understanding of service metrics for logistics, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Fill Rate (FR), and Service Level (SL) metrics. Knowledge of SOX controls relevant to Sales Operations, including pricing and sales order management.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to take initiative and coordinate tasks effectively. Highly organized, flexible, and motivated to achieve results. Collaborative team player, capable of working effectively with various departments and stakeholders. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Educational Background

Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using ERP systems. Fluency in Spanish and Business English is essential.

This position reports to the Operations Manager.
