Sales Operations Manager - Commercial Strategy

Are you a process-driven professional with a passion for improving the status quo? Expedia Group's global sales operations team is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and improve sales processes to ensure alignment with business needs and partner-centric decision-making.
  • Streamline sales processes through automation and best practice sharing.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive adoption and compliance of sales process concepts.
  • Implement regular updates to the sales process blueprint.
  • Maintain and support sales compliance initiatives.
  • Review and establish documentation for sales process exceptions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales operations and process improvement in a B2B organization and/or travel industry.
  • Ability to think like a salesperson and understand the B2B sales process.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex operations and data.
  • Knowledge of project planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
  • Drive to develop high-standard goals and initiatives.
  • Ability to influence and build consensus among internal teams.
  • Highly collaborative spirit and ability to work across functions.
