Sales Operations Manager

Are you a process-driven professional with a passion for improving the status quo? Expedia Group's global sales operations team is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and improve sales processes to ensure alignment with business needs and partner-centric decision-making.
- Streamline sales processes through automation and best practice sharing.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive adoption and compliance of sales process concepts.
- Implement regular updates to the sales process blueprint.
- Maintain and support sales compliance initiatives.
- Review and establish documentation for sales process exceptions.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales operations and process improvement in a B2B organization and/or travel industry.
- Ability to think like a salesperson and understand the B2B sales process.
- Strong ability to simplify complex operations and data.
- Knowledge of project planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Drive to develop high-standard goals and initiatives.
- Ability to influence and build consensus among internal teams.
- Highly collaborative spirit and ability to work across functions.
