Sales Operations Manager - Commercial Strategy

Expedia Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales teams. As a key member of our global sales operations team, you will collaborate closely with various functions to review, improve, and implement our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the sales process component of the Sales Blueprint by reviewing the sales cycle and process, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with key stakeholders to enable changes.
  • Streamline the sales process by proposing new processes, prioritizing automation, and sharing best practices.
  • Analyze data and use key metrics to measure effectiveness and uncover areas for improvement of the sales process.
  • Drive adoption and compliance of the concepts defined in the Blueprint.
  • Implement a regular cycle of updating the Blueprint sales process based on business changes, insights, and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales operations and process improvement in a B2B organization and/or travel industry.
  • Robust understanding of sales processes and how they can enable and add value to the sales cycle.
  • Ability to think like a salesperson and understand the B2B sales process and the opportunities and challenges surrounding it.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex operations and data and effectively communicate this to leaders across all levels of our organization.
