Sales Operations Manager

As part of the Sales Operations organization, you will impact the company's future direction by supporting the Sales organization in achieving their targets.
Collaborate with departments such as Finance and Legal to ensure timely deal bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Business Partner to AVPs and RDs in all sales operations aspects (QBRs, Weekly Forecasts, Bi-weekly Pipeline reviews).
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to execute GTM strategy and lead planning.
- Communicate and drive execution of global initiatives and tactical actions.
- Engage with country sales teams to ensure sales applications are used consistently and accurately.
- Capture, document, refine, and improve key business processes.
- Drive relevant enablement, training, and support of functionalities and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years overall experience (5 years in operations).
- Highly competent IT and system skills (Excel pro, Salesforce/Clari/Xactly/Anaplan/Workday user is a plus).
- Knowledge of Sales Organizations, Quota models, and Compensation plans.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- University degree (MBA from top European schools preferred).
The location for this role is Barcelona, Spain.
