About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Italy. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and developing the Nautic Manager client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial strategy and develop the Nautic Manager client portfolio
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: field prospecting, phone/email outreach, demos, and closing deals
  • Oversee the product's technical development phases and manage the backlog
  • Client follow-up: Ensure all partners are satisfied with the product
  • Participate in Nautical Exhibitions (Genoa, Venice, Naples, etc.)

Requirements
  • Mandatory knowledge of the boat rental industry and the challenges faced by boat dealers
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Italian is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in IT and the internet is essential (experience in project management is required)
