Supply Account Manager

Join Emerging Travel Group (Italy) as a Supply Account Manager and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of analytical and interpersonal skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing the competitiveness of suppliers of the hotel inventory, maintaining and strengthening relationships with current suppliers, and improving commercial and payment conditions with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the competitiveness of suppliers of the hotel inventory
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current suppliers
  • Improve commercial and payment conditions with suppliers
  • Support the Customer Support team and suppliers in organization of the internal processes by incidents resolution
  • Interaction with the technical department to improve the vendor integration API
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience: 1-5 years in account management working with B2B travel/hospitality companies, bedbanks and/or OTA's
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
  • Competence in API technology deals
  • Personal skills: Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with fast-changing business environment, team player, used to data-driven decision-making
  • Analytical skills: Used to data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven and good with numbers
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • International mindset: Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG's global presence
