About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Expedia Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and developing a high level of engagement with our Partners, driving net booking value from their listings, and maximizing production potential in our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and their account teams, including key buyers/decision makers.
  • Understand customer needs and expectations, and develop key value proposition statements to demonstrate the value of our products and services.
  • Assist in creating opportunities to build customer accounts, and recommend products and services that meet their needs.
  • Complete basic account plans that outline tactics to acquire and/or maintain business.
  • Develop awareness of policies, practices, trends, and information that impact our organization and our customers.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in French and English, with Spanish a plus.
  • 2 years of account management/sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Functional/Technical Skills.
  • Proficient communicator.
  • Growing knowledge of sales techniques.
