Job Title: Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Omega CRM Consulting. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to expand our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base
  • Meet with potential clients and build lasting relationships
  • Maintain relationships with SF Account Executives
  • Stay updated on SF updates
  • Continuously offer new ways for customers to derive value from our product/service
  • Lead customer communication at all stages of pre-sales
  • Share sales objectives and customer digital transformation roadmap with Product Managers
  • Collaborate with Project Manager/Delivery Manager throughout the project
  • Manage and negotiate scope expansions for initial contracts
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential Up and Cross Selling opportunities

Requirements:

  • Account management experience
  • Experience in Salesforce ecosystem
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in business/technology consulting
  • Previous experience in Project Management
  • Experience in digital projects
  • High level of English
