Account Manager Job Description
At Diebold Nixdorf, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to lead and manage sales activities for assigned accounts across our entire portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies, delivering revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall engagement and relationship with clients to maximize profitability.
- Create and implement tactical and long-term sales strategies for assigned clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships at all levels within clients, including senior management.
- Understand client business priorities, IT spend, operational pressures, and IT capabilities.
- Participate in forums and events to raise the profile of Diebold Nixdorf.
Requirements:
- Experience at a senior level in sales, account management, and/or new business development.
- Strong background in the retail industry.
- Deep understanding and experience with IT solutions.
- Fluent communication in Spanish and English on a business level.
