Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a challenging role that combines your passion for sales with your expertise in training and development?
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to join our EMEA Sales Enablement team in Europe South.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing defined sales abilities for sales roles in Spain and Italy, supporting the sales enablement team across Europe, and assisting in onboarding new hires to sales productivity.
- Local and Regional Sales Enablement Plans: Develop and maintain comprehensive sales enablement plans for local and regional markets.
- Sales Team Assessment: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of local sales teams against defined sales strategy and competencies.
- Sales Enablement Initiatives: Contribute to the design, planning, content creation, deployment, and continuous improvement of local and regional sales enablement initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales execution excellence.
- Post-Mortem Discussions: Participate in post-mortem discussions to collect feedback and improve sales enablement services and tools.
- Sales Onboarding Process: Drive the sales onboarding process in a structured, standardized, and connected manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, fluency in Spanish, Italian, and English, and experience in adult training, change management, and project management.
