NielsenIQ is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Enablement Expert to play a key role in enabling sales teams to be more efficient and effective.

**Job Summary**

This role will primarily support sales development teams in Western Europe and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Success) to identify and manage the right mix of tools and processes to move opportunities to close faster.

**Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with SA&I sales representatives to support their day-to-day activities;
  • Create and update proposals for clients, including writing content based on provided information, building project timelines, and calculating costs using available tools;
  • Proofread translations from English to Spanish and assist with local events and webinars;
  • Check feasibility and bidding with internal teams for costs and timings of market research projects conducted worldwide;
  • Prepare presentations for client meetings and create value-added materials, such as customizing standard decks, gathering information from various sources, and formatting;
  • Support sales representatives in updating decks with NIQ branding and ensuring content is client-ready;
  • Analyze market data, find patterns, and draw conclusions;
  • Build commercial support content, including success stories and trainings, in cooperation with other experts.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a complex, multicultural organization;
  • Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English;
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a cross-country environment;
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail;
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work;
  • Able to exercise sound judgment and take initiative;
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus;
  • Comfortable and efficient in working with Microsoft Office applications.

**Estimated Salary Range**: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
