The Role
We're seeking a Specialist Sales Enablement professional to join our team in Europe South. As a key member of our team, you will help develop defined sales abilities for each Sales role in Spain and Italy and support the Sales Enablement Team across Europe. You will assist a dynamic, multi-channel team of in-seat sales professionals operating in a highly competitive and changing environment, as well as help onboard new hires to sales productivity.
The Work You Will Do
Bullet Build and maintain local and regional Sales Enablement plans,
Bullet Regularly assess the strengths and weaknesses of local Sales Team per the defined local Sales Strategy and Sales Competencies,
Bullet Actively contribute to the design, planning, content creation, deployment, and continuous improvement of local and regional Sales Enablement initiatives,
Bullet Collaborate with cross-functional teams,
Bullet Participate in postmortem discussions and collect feedback to help improve Sales Enablement services and tools,
Bullet Perform regular Coach the Coach sessions,
Bullet Drive sales onboarding process in a structured, standardized, and connected manner,
Bullet Contribute to any EMEA Sales Enablement project as needed,
Bullet Stay current on Goodyear's strategy, product road map, value proposition, and sales talent development trends.
The Qualifications You Need
Bullet Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,
Bullet Fluency in written and spoken Spanish, Italian, and English; other European languages a plus,
Bullet Proven ability in adult training and deployment of learning content, curricula, and programs,
Bullet Experience in Change Management and Project Management; certifications a plus,
Bullet Passion for sales and talent development with a proven record of delivering results,
Bullet Exceptional relationship management and communication skills with excellent formal and informal written and presentation skills in live, recorded, and virtual settings,
Bullet Independent, data-driven, and goal-oriented to deliver results,
Bullet Able and willing to collaborate with others to overcome unexpected challenges,
Bullet Comfortable working with virtual teams and flexible in frequently changing priorities.
