Global Partner Solutions Manager

At Pegasystems, we're revolutionizing the software industry with our innovative solutions. We're seeking an experienced Global Partner Solutions Manager to join our team.
ResponsibilitiesThe primary objective of this role is to drive strategic partner engagement and develop effective business plans to deliver license revenue through various initiatives and solutions. You will work closely with assigned partners to increase their selling capabilities, align GTM sales strategies with Pega's sales teams, and help evangelize key partners to Pega sales teams.
You will also be responsible for:
- Developing partner vertical solutions that drive sales for assigned partners and Pega
- Creating partner profiles highlighting key differentiators, use cases, and strengths for consumption by Pega sales teams
- Aligning and coordinating Pega resources necessary to help partners achieve success with their Pega practice
We are looking for a skilled relationship builder who can develop strategic partnerships that generate mutually beneficial revenue for both companies. You should have experience managing partner relationships, building partner programs, and working effectively across different sales, business development, and technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10-12 years of alliances, consulting, and/or business development experience in the technology or business consulting industries
- 5+ years of industry experience in one or more of the following industries: Communications, Consumer, Health Care, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Insurance, and Government
Pegasystems offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide continuous learning and development opportunities, an innovative work environment, and a comprehensive benefits package.
