Amazon is looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our Partner Sales efforts in Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join Amazon's AWS team and contribute to our mission to drive customer success. As a Partner Sales Manager, APJ, you will be responsible for building and executing sales plays across APJ, working closely with internal teams and partners. Your key objectives will include:

  • Developing and executing APJ-wide sales strategies to drive incremental revenue
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop compelling value propositions
  • Managing and executing sales programs and tactics to meet business objectives

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in technology sales, channel management, program management, or business consulting, preferably in a technology context
  • Proven track record of engaging senior-level internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute wide-ranging plans through assigned, monitorable sales activities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to cross-functional audiences
  • Hands-on skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel to meet with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
