About the Role

As a Cloud Growth Strategist, you will lead a team of sales professionals in driving revenue growth and adoption for Amazon Web Services (AWS) among enterprise customers. You will develop and execute targeted outbound activity to drive productivity increases and oversee execution across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Demand Generation Reps covering SMB Italy and Iberia regions
  • Manage monthly/quarterly business reporting to senior leadership
  • Analyze data and trends to make informed recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Develop relationships with marketing, sales, partner, sales operations, and other stakeholders to create tools and processes needed to drive productivity
  • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and participate on projects as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in technology-related account management or business development
  • Experience leading sales teams executing on sales plans and revenue targets
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Experience developing and executing targeted outbound activity and managing complex stakeholder matrix
