Enterprise Sales Manager Job Description

An Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth for AWS EMEA SARL (Spain Branch). The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and technology, with a strong track record of managing and leading successful sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key partners, and driving business growth.

About the Team
Our team consists of experienced sales professionals who are passionate about using technology to solve business problems. We are responsible for increasing adoption and shaping the future of cloud technologies across Benelux Mid-Enterprise by identifying and developing new business opportunities. We work closely with partners to scale and accelerate customer success.

Responsibilities
• Manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
• Build relationships with key partners to drive business growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Work closely with partners to scale and accelerate customer success

Qualifications
• Experience in AWS technology related sales, business development or new business experience in the tech industry
• Experience working with complex IT solutions
• Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills; you are motivated and result-oriented
• Experience managing and leading successful sales teams
• Experience working with partners to drive scaling campaigns
• Proven track record as a communicator. Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and French is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certified
• AWS Solutions Architect certification/training
