At AWS EMEA SARL (Spain Branch), we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Benelux region.
About the RoleThe Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and working closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. You will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the cloud technology market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer adoption
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Deep understanding of the cloud technology market and AWS solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
