About the Role

AWS Enterprise Support is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help craft and execute strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of AWS services.
  • Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices.
  • Proactively keep your customers' AWS environments operationally healthy.
  • Develop close relationships with customers to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges.
  • Help customers achieve the greatest value from AWS.

About the Team

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
