Job Title: Sales and Technical Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Technical Account Manager to join our team at AAF/Dinair. As a Sales and Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Surface Treatment segment for the Iberia area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to expand sales footprint and market awareness.
  • Acting as an advocate for assigned products, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products that require a deep understanding and explanation.
  • Background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree.
  • Successful track record with high-added-value product selling, pricing, negotiations, and account management.
  • Experience in Surface Treatment filtration, Painting, and/or Automotive sales/applications is an additional value.
  • Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area.
  • Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written.
  • Experienced in working with MS Office tools and Salesforce.
