About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Synack. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer retention.
  • Perform outreach to prospects and conduct discovery calls to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and expand our enterprise pipeline with a focus on new logos and upselling existing customers.
  • Facilitate technical conversations and overcome objections with technical stakeholders to close deals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan industry and partner events to drive lead generation.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity and forecast pipeline in Salesforce and Clari.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in junior account management and/or business development in the cybersecurity industry or technology industry.
  • Information security knowledge and general awareness of best practices, security risk management, and industry trends.
  • Ability to identify leads within the install base and help grow customers.
  • Customer-first mindset and advocacy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and in-person and virtual presentation skills.
