Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer retention.
- Perform outreach to prospects and conduct discovery calls to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and expand our enterprise pipeline with a focus on new logos and upselling existing customers.
- Facilitate technical conversations and overcome objections with technical stakeholders to close deals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan industry and partner events to drive lead generation.
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and forecast pipeline in Salesforce and Clari.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in junior account management and/or business development in the cybersecurity industry or technology industry.
- Information security knowledge and general awareness of best practices, security risk management, and industry trends.
- Ability to identify leads within the install base and help grow customers.
- Customer-first mindset and advocacy.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and in-person and virtual presentation skills.
