Sales and Technical Account Manager

About the Role:
As a Sales and Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our assigned air filter product groups in the Surface Treatment segment for the Iberia area. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical background and excellent sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve commercial targets and increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their demands and wishes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to expand sales footprint and market awareness.
- Act as an advocate for assigned products, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products requiring a deep understanding.
- Background in mechanical engineering or similar business degree.
- Successful track record in high-added-value product selling, pricing, negotiations, and account management.
- Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Surface Treatment filtration, Painting, and/or Automotive sales/applications is an additional value.
