About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Sales Leader to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (Spain Branch) as an Enterprise Sales Manager. This is a key role that will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and expansion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and team management
  • Experience working in the cloud technology industry, with a deep understanding of AWS products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
  • AWS Solutions Architect certification/training
