At AWS EMEA SARL (Spain Branch), we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Benelux region.
About the RoleThe Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and working closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using AWS cloud technologies. You will be expected to develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our company goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our company goals and objectives
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using AWS cloud technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management
- Experience working with complex IT solutions and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our company goals and objectives
- Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
