Drive Revenue and Growth with AWS

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the segment Manager to help define business strategy for customers.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive business expansion in a defined territory.
  • Develop and execute against a named account plan, meet and exceed your targets.
  • Manage numerous accounts concurrently and strategically.
  • Effectively manage a high volume of inquiries from new and existing customers.
  • Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in technical sales for B2B or in solution-sales/technology-related environment.
  • Knowledge of existing and developing technologies.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Fluency in German or English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Cloud Certification.
  • Knowledge of existing and developing technologies.
