Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager Iberia

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our broad portfolio of data center products and solutions to public, government, and enterprise end customers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships with C-Level executives at current and past clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or a similar field in the IT/Datacenter segment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Native German and professional fluency in English are required, both written and spoken. Additional European language is a plus.
