About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Supermicro's broad portfolio of data center products and solutions to public, government, and enterprise end customers in Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, credible, and professional working relationships with C-Level executives at current and past clients.
  • Create similar synergies at new accounts.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or similar field in the IT/Datacenter segment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Strong team player with prior experience selling technology into manufacturers, corporate, or public/governmental customers.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiating skills.
  • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Professionalism combined with a passion for creativity.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferably in high tech industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and business development experience.
  • Preferred experience in sales of servers to enterprise clients.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
  • Track record of building relationships with senior executives and decision makers.
  • Demonstrated ability in the following areas: pre-call planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling, call structure and control, time and territory management.
  • Experience entering, tracking, and reporting data on lead activity.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Must have Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Multi-task and time management skills are a must.
  • Proficient in English and additional language is a huge plus.
  • Self-admin skills are a must.
