Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Supermicro's data center products and solutions to public, government, and enterprise customers in Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes for complex, multi-portfolio deals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives at current and past clients
  • Sell Supermicro's data center products and solutions to public, government, and enterprise customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture
  • Native German and professional fluency in English are required, both written and spoken
