Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager Iberia

About the Role:

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our broad portfolio of data center products and solutions to public, government, and enterprise end customers in Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships with C-Level executives at current and past clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or a similar field in the IT/Datacenter segment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture.
  • Native German and professional fluency in English are required, both written and spoken. Additional European language is a plus.
