About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Supermicro's broad portfolio of data center products and solutions to public, government, and enterprise end customers in the region.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the data center market and have a proven track record of managing end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives at current and past clients, as well as create similar synergies at new accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand Supermicro's presence in the region
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and new customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, marketing, and engineering teams, to stay up-to-date on product offerings and market trends
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or a similar field in the IT/Datacenter segment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience selling technology into manufacturers, corporate, or public/governmental customers
  • Strong persuasive and negotiating skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture
  • Native German and professional fluency in English are required, both written and spoken. Additional European language is a plus.
