Strategic Sourcing Senior Analyst

The Challenge

Coatue Management L.L.C. is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Senior Analyst to join our Global Source-to-Pay organization and support our Strategic Sourcing function. Our team helps maximize value from our vendor relationships, ensuring our internal business partners across various business units and functions have the products, tools, and services they need to succeed.

Your Mission

  • Lead contract reviews and negotiations across 3rd party spend categories to ensure Coatue Management L.L.C. secures favorable business terms, including cost reduction and process improvements.
  • Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, supply-market research, and conduct pricing audits and impact analysis to pursue continuous cost improvements.
  • Lead QBRs with the supplier and the business to obtain optimal strategic outcomes.
  • Measure, handle, and improve supplier performance against negotiated SLAs and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with and support the Third-Party Risk Management team in the initial review and ongoing monitoring of vendor risk.
  • Support internal customers by facilitating accurate and favorable transactions, and ongoing supplier management and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead spend management projects that accomplish key objectives, including savings, process effectiveness, supplier consolidation & management, risk reduction & management, and improved transparency & control of expenditures.
  • Execute work streams to align the target company's vendor base to Coatue Management L.L.C.'s standards.
  • Collaborate with every person in the organization in a personable, approachable manner.
