About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Strategic Sourcing Expert Lead to join our team at ING Bank N.V. This is a unique opportunity to lead our Strategic Sourcing and Workforce area, driving innovation and excellence in our tech workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a holistic approach to our tech workforce, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR, CTO, Finance, and Procurement to define and execute our tech workforce strategy.
  • Analyze technological needs and ensure they are met by global suppliers and 3rd parties, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Oversee financial control and budget supervision for all sourcing activities, focusing on key outsourced technical services and intercompany agreements.
Requirements
  • Strong management and leadership skills, including process management, communication, and strategic thinking.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop a vision and translate complex matters into an easy-to-follow storyline.
