About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sourcing and Workforce Expert to join our team at Ing Bank N.V. As a key member of our Center of Expertise Governance & Operational Excellence in the CIO domain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the bank's control over all its sourced technology activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Strategic Sourcing and Workforce team, defining and implementing a holistic approach to technology workforce strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, CTO, Finance, and Procurement, to ensure alignment and effective execution of workforce strategy.
  • Analyze technological needs and ensure they are met by both global suppliers and third-party providers, adhering to high-quality standards.
  • Oversee financial control and budget supervision for all sourcing activities, focusing on key outsourced technical services and intercompany agreements.

Requirements

  • Strong management and leadership skills, including process management, communication, influence, strategic thinking, and planning.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and developments, and translate them into actionable measures.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop a vision and translate complex matters into an easy-to-follow storyline.
  • Strong connector with the ability to work with multiple expertise and have a wide vision.
