About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Strategic Sourcing Expert Lead to join our team at ING Bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Strategic Sourcing and Workforce team, overseeing the development of a holistic approach to tech workforce strategy.
  • Define and implement a comprehensive tech workforce strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with HR, CTO, Finance, and Procurement to ensure seamless execution and follow-up of workforce strategy.
  • Analyze technological needs and ensure they are met by global suppliers and 3rd parties, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Oversee financial control and budget supervision for all sourcing activities, focusing on key outsourced technical services and intercompany transactions.
Requirements
  • Strong management and leadership skills, including process management, communication, and strategic thinking.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and developments and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop a vision and translate complex matters into an easy-to-follow storyline.
  • Strong connector with the ability to work with multiple expertise and have a wide vision.
