Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a skilled Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support the Procurement Department. The ideal candidate will assist in supplier relationship management, project implementations, and negotiation processes with manufacturers and distributors. Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and ensure the implementation of approved procurement contracts
* Lead commercial negotiations and draft contractual agreements with suppliers
* Perform financial analysis on supplier proposals and RFPs for various projects, products, and services
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to solve problems and guarantee high-quality, reliable sources of supply and information
* Facilitate communication with hotels, suppliers, and internal departments
* Assist in the processes for new supplier and product approvals

Profile Required:

* Interest in the procurement function
* Analytical mindset
* Proactive and self-motivated
* Highly organized, responsible, and accountable
* Resilient and adaptable
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to think outside the box
* Fluent in English – Spanish and French are desired
* Eligible to work in Spain
* Being enrolled in a university

The position will be located in the Radisson Hotel Group Office in Madrid, Spain, and report directly to the Strategic Sourcing Area Manager.
