- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Monitor and Mitigate Risks: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the IT supply chain, including geopolitical, financial, and operational risks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
- Experience: Around seven years proven experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management roles, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Skills: Deep understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud services, and telecommunications. Knowledge of contract law, procurement regulations, and ethical sourcing practices. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex procurement projects and driving cost savings initiatives.
- Language: Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
