Role Overview

The Sr. Delivery Procurement Manager - Digital & Tech role is a key position within the Global Procurement organization at Roche. This role will be responsible for driving the procurement strategy for digital and technology-related goods and services, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category strategies for digital and technology-related spend categories, including software applications, IT managed services, and licensing subscription models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize procurement opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain procurement processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide procurement expertise and support to business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in global category management, strategic sourcing, complex procurement contracting, and operational category efficiency projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IT sourcing, procurement, and vendor management, with specific category expertise in IT Professional Services, Infrastructure, Application Services, and/or Software Licensing.
  • Executive presence and comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders and external vendor senior leadership.
  • Proven project management and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level fluency in English.
