Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team through data analysis, process management, and strategic initiatives. This role is crucial in driving sales performance and operational excellence at Colt Technology Services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to develop and refine tools, reports, and dashboards that deliver critical metrics and improve operational efficiency.
- Regularly assess and optimize sales processes to ensure they are effective and aligned with business goals.
- Create and deliver sales reports and insights to various stakeholders, including the Sales team and Senior Leadership.
- Partner with Core Sales and Sales Solutions teams to ensure they understand and effectively utilize tools, practices, and processes to achieve their targets.
- Proven experience in a role involving customer interaction and support.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for delivering high-quality service and the ability to adapt to evolving customer needs.
- A role model who embodies Colt's values and culture.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
