We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Strategy Analyst to join our Sales Strategy and Operations Team at OneTrust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and refining sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and refine sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports for management and stakeholders
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance and revenue growth
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity across the sales organization
  • Support the development and implementation of sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team
  • Assist in the training and development of sales teams, providing guidance on sales methodologies, processes, and tools
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and reporting in Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to drive strategic projects and initiatives end-to-end with full ownership and exposure
