About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations & Strategy Analyst to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our sales strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and adoption across our EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with EMEA Specialist Sales leadership and Sales Strategy & Ops leaders to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies
  • Leverage analytical capabilities to define and refine sales processes, procedures, and policies
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality sales analytics and insights
  • Develop and maintain critical sales processes and procedures to drive sales strategy execution

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
  • Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations
