About the Role:

As a key member of our EMEA Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and productivity across our EMEA region. This role will require close collaboration with EMEA Sales leadership and Sales Operations teams to set ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales organization, then put a framework in place to report, analyze and measure progress against them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the development of strategies and implementation processes to help customers on their cloud adoption journey.
  • Partner closely with EMEA ISV Sales leadership and EMEA Sales Operations teams to set ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales organization, then put a framework in place to report, analyze and measure progress against them.
  • Analyze industry and AWS internal data to understand the competitive landscape across services and identify customer trends.
  • Support strategic initiatives from the analytical standpoint.
  • Develop, Maintain and Execute key executive reporting consumed by the EMEA ISV leadership.
  • Develop processes and scalable mechanisms to benefit both AWS EMEA ISV and potentially the wider organization.
  • Ensure that the quality and timeliness of analytic deliverables meet and exceed the Sales Operations team expectations.
