About the Role

As EMEA Sales Operations and Strategy Lead for ISV, you will support Sales managers as well as Sales Strategy & Ops leaders on running sales processes aligned to day-to-day execution of the business. You will be the central SME for operational requests raised by EMEA's sales teams, owning resolution or collaborating with internal end-users and cross-functional international teams to solve problems and deliver successfully against high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in the development of strategies and implementation processes to help customers on their cloud adoption journey.
• Partner closely with EMEA ISV Sales leadership and EMEA Sales Operations teams to set ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales organization, then put a framework in place to report, analyze and measure progress against them.
• Analyze industry and AWS internal data to understand the competitive landscape across services and identify customer trends.
• Support strategic initiatives from the analytical standpoint.
• Develop, Maintain and Execute key executive reporting consumed by the EMEA ISV leadership.
• Develop processes and scalable mechanisms to benefit both AWS EMEA ISV and potentially the wider organization.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting to senior leadership
• Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
• Experience with SQL
